TERMS OF SERVICE, RULES, ETC

- I have the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.
^{If I cancel a commission after working on it, We will discuss refunds tailored to the specific situation.}- On Deadlines and Time estimates:
I am a fickle creature who can barely read my own energy- I cannot guarantee a time frame of your commission being done! Sometimes I can crank out a commission within a single day, and sometimes it takes upwards to a few months. I cannot work with deadlines any less than a month out. If you come to me to get a seasonal or holiday based commission, please try to contact me at mimimum 3 weeks before the date! You are always free to check in at any time. If a commission is expected to take longer than 2 months for any reason other than the queue itself, I will be in contact with you on what we can do!- Please tell me if you're okay with me working on your commission on stream or posting it when it's finished. If you post it anywhere, please credit me.- Depending on the difficulty of your order, the price may be adjusted.
^{If you have a simple character that doesn't have much detail, you may get a discount, or an overly detailed character may result in an upcharge.}- Payment through Paypal Invoices, and full payment required before Lineart stage.
^{Select people are exempt from this.}- Excessive modifications may result in extra charges.
^{edits in sketch stage will typically be free, but a max of 5 revisions for anything past sketch phase}- Commercial Commissions (Specifically commissioning me for something you will use to make money, such as merch) have an additional commercial charge depending what it might be.- Please have a CLEAR reference when commissioning me!
^{* For anything Not a character design comm}- Considering you are commissioning me, Please ensure that you actually enjoy my art style and how I draw.
^{The fact that i have to write this is crazy, but you'd be surprised how many clients i've had that didn't like my art style despite commissioning me. just please look at my art to make sure you actually like it.}
